Warranty and Returns Information
Our e-cigarette products can be returned for refund within 14 days from the date of purchase but ONLY if they are still in their original packaging and are unopened and unused. This does not include e-liquids which cannot be returned unless incorrectly supplied or part of an unwanted kit. Please notify us within 48 hours if you receive an incorrectly supplied e-liquid, once opened we cannot accept returns. Sorry no exceptions.
All of the components in a standard e-cigarette have a limited life span and will need to be replaced eventually due to normal wear and tear.
Atomisers, cartomisers and clearomisers are considered consumable items and cannot be returned once they have been opened or used for health and safety reasons. However they are covered by our "dead on arrival" warranty. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please notify us within 48 hours.
Batteries, USB charging equipment and all accessories are covered by our 3 month limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Accidental damage or faults caused by misuse are not covered.
All products are thoroughly checked and tested before dispatch but in the unlikely event that a product arrives dead on arrival, faulty or you receive an incorrectly supplied item please inform us within 48 hours to arrange an exchange.
