Shipping & Delivery

We have three options for deliveries within the UK: Our Super Saver service is FREE by Second Class Royal Mail for order values over £15 or charged at £1.99 for orders below £15. The estimated delivery time is 3-10 days. Our Expedited service by First Class Royal Mail is £2.99 per order and the expected delivery time is 2-5 days. Our Priority next-day service by Royal Mail Special Delivery is from £8.99 per order. A tracking number will be sent to you by email when dispatched and the delivery time is next working day by 1pm for orders received before 2pm. International orders for delivery outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For or International Airsure depending on your country. The charge is from £8.99 per order within the EU and from £10.99 per order to the rest of the world. A tracking number will be sent to you by email when dispatched and the expected delivery time is 5-14 days.

We aim to dispatch all online orders placed by 2pm GMT on the same working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Returns & Replacements

Ordering

Orders are normally placed online via our secure payment processor or you can call our UK sales hotline on 0560 116 9976 (Monday to Friday - 10am to 4pm, calls are charged at local rate by most service providers, mobile rates may vary). Please note, orders placed over the phone will not be processed until the next working day during busy periods.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We use PayPal to securely process all payments, you can use your PayPal account directly or if you don't have one you can simply enter your card details via the appropriate payment page. All our prices are displayed in UK Pounds Sterling and include VAT, where VAT is not applicable it will be removed prior to completion.

Viewing Orders

You can view your orders here or you can log in to your account if you registered prior to or during the checkout process.

Updating Account Information

If you have created an account or registered during the checkout process you can update your information by logging in here.
