Materials are often combined in drip tip design to provide multiple characteristics. For example, a stainless steel body with a POM thermoplastic base. This offers the heat resistance of plastic combined with the look, feel and durability of metal. There is no one best combination as all vapers will be driven by different needs depending on the kit they use and their own personal vaping style. Cloud chasers will have different needs than taste connoisseurs, sub ohm vapers will be different than pimping fans.
