Armerah high speed steel (HSS) twist drills are available in a range of sizes from 1 mm to 10 mm. They have a Titanium Nitride coating which reduces heat and friction when compared with standard rolled or ground drill bits. They're very durable and suitable for general purpose drilling in materials such as mild steel, copper, aluminium, plastics, carbon fibre and wood but are particular suited to tougher metals and higher temperature work. They have a 135° split point angle that ensures enhanced contact between the bit and work piece for fast and accurate drilling. The long torque u-shaped flutes clear debris and swarf effectively
